Mindfulness for Busy Lives Workshop
Mindfulness can help you manage stress, enhance focus, and find calm amidst the busyness and chaos of life. In this workshop, you will learn practical techniques to integrate mindfulness into your hectic schedule and empower yourself with tools to cultivate presence and well-being, no matter how busy your life is.

Mindfulness for Parents
PARENTING IS HARD!!! It can be so difficult to show up with presence and calm when the challenges of parenting inevitably show up. Mindfulness can help parents face these challenges. It has been shown to reduce parental stress, improve the parent-child relationship, improve emotion regulation(AKA fewer freak-outs), increase empathy and compassion, increase self-compassion (parent guilt anyone?), increase joy and happiness, and more.
In this 6-week online course, you will learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation to get you started in being able to access all these benefits. We’ll talk about how to include mindfulness in your busy parenting lives and how to apply it in everyday experiences. Give it a try and see what happens!

Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Workshop
Mindfulness and meditation have so many benefits for mind, body, and spirit! In this experiential workshop, you will learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation to get you started with a practice that can enrich your life in so many ways. You will learn what mindfulness is, the benefits of mindfulness, the basics of mindfulness meditation, and daily mindfulness practices that you can do anywhere, anytime.

Learn to Meditate
If you’ve ever thought about learning to meditate but have no idea where to start, or maybe you’ve meditated in the past but need to jumpstart your practice again, this would be a great class for you. In this 4-week class, you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation and be introduced to a new practice each week with an explanation of the practice and a guided meditation to demonstrate the practice.
